There is very little publicly available information about the PARCO Clock Tower located near Boat Basin, Clifton, Karachi. It appears to be a landmark clock structure installed by Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO) as part of the area’s streetscape and corporate beautification efforts, rather than a historic monument. It is situated close to the Boat Basin commercial and dining district, one of Karachi’s most popular food and recreational areas.
